WE NEED YOUR HELP

FOR:
Mr. Whited's GTT Class

WHEN:
Saturday April 5, 2:00pm
* for just about 2 hours *

This Spring the 8th grade students of Gateway to Technology will redesigning
the courtyard at Litchfield Middle School.
Currently the courtyard is unused and overgrown.
Thanks to a grant from Lowes for $5,000, students have been working
hard to develop ideas and work out designs to create a more useful space at our
school.
We are asking for volunteers and help to clear out the old courtyard
and make way for the new.
We will be removing the current bushes and plants along with the stones and pavers.
Everyone is welcome to come and join in the fun.
If you are planning on attending we will meet at Litchfield at 2:00 on Saturday, April 5.
I am hoping that the work will be done within 2 hours.
Volunteers should consider bringing shovels, spades, gloves, and old clothes
etc.
Some equipment will be provided.
I would like to thank in advance all the support and assistance that you and your students do for our school.
Any questions don’t hesitate to call.
Thanks,
Mr. Whited
